Schools Out For Summer...But The Art Teacher is Still Painting

Friday was the last day of school & summer vacation has officially begun!
As an art teacher, I relish the days of summer...
when I can create & create I have!
I finished all of Leo's items for his room. {Blog post soon!}
I made this lovely maple table into a British Flag art piece.
 {For the Shop}
We love it so much that I hope it makes it to the shop.
{It is an awesome, one of a kind piece of furniture}
This little table can fit into any style of decor, from modern to country. We love its versatility and will have many unique items like this at affordable prices in the shop.
We also painted these lovely candlesticks and added glass for a touch of refinement on the rustic bases.
Both pieces will be sold at the shop.
We absolutely love working with AS Chalk Paint for the wonderful effects you can achieve on any surface.
Below we have painted on plaster and wood, both worked beautifully.
Read more about this paint here {Link}

We are considering offering {Get-Togethers} where you bring your old furniture pieces & we help you pick paint colors.
We provide the space and the great paint and you make your furniture fabulous with the help of your very own art teacher.
We just can't get over that patina.
{XOXO}
And our final beauty is this antique piece also for the store.
{We love Duck Egg Blue & we know you will too!}
Check out the leaf carvings on this {ANTIQUE} beauty!
We are creating something beautiful everyday & we can't wait for our shop to open.
