Easy King Pillowcase {DIY}

 See those lovely king shams, that have a {VINTAGE} grain sack striped feel...
That look like something from Pottery Barn???
 Image Via: Pottery Barn
~~~Don't they have similar qualities?~~~
Ours started out as a thrifted, thermal, lined, curtain purchased for $1.00!
The curtains fabric was beautiful and the artist fell in love with them. For a dollar we knew we could turn them into something spectacular.
This curtain was a rod pocket panel with the exact same size hem on each side making the sewing super simple.
There original intent was for Leo's Baseball Bedroom which you can read about here {LINK},
or for sale in The Barn Store, which you can read about here {LINK}.
But when they didn't quite fit Leo's room and we threw them on our bed to get them off the floor we knew they found there permanent home...
{SUPER SIMPLE DIY}
Fold your fabric length wise and cut.
You will have two large panels.
Next fold your panel in half and cut again.
You will now have four pieces of fabric to sew your panels from.
You will have three seems if you choose to leave one end open like a pillowcase...
which is what we did {so they can be washed}.
IF YOU HAVE A FABRIC WITH LINES LIKE OURS MAKE SURE THE LINES MATCH UP BEFORE YOU SEW!
That's it.
Super Simple!
Can you ever have too many comfy,
great looking pillows on your bed?
